Results You Can Trust
When you depend on having accurate measurements to make important decisions, it’s good to know that the scan data you are getting from an optical instrument is reliable.
The HDI Advance is designed to deliver industrial grade quality and geometry. The system captures high resolution 3D images accurately from physical objects.
The scan data contains the 3D measurements of the scanned part, which is great for scientific measurement, reverse engineering, and inspection applications. The 3D scanner captures the true likeness of real world objects for digital documentation and archiving.
Non-Contact Measurement
Contact measurement devices (calipers and touch probes) are good for taking simple measurements. For tougher applications like taking measurements of complex organic shapes they can pose a challenge.
The HDI Advance uses structured-light 3D scanning technology. The scanner has no physical contact with target while scanning to ensure there is no measurement interference.
Easy to Upgrade
Buying various 3D scanners to suit different needs can be an expensive investment. The HDI Advance 3D scanner offers the flexibility to adapt to your scanning needs over time.
Simply upgrade the cameras or lenses without purchasing an entirely new system to enhance scanning performance. Adjust the scanner’s components accordingly depending on the object you are looking to scan.
